To create Business plan I would like to brainstorm on the business objectives of why we need to have a Best Project of the Year award..
Couple of points I can think of..
At Pan India level we do not have an award for Best Project of the Year...
This will help us learn best practices from successful projects
Collaboration among the PM community accross India

understanding the real meaning of project success...not just scope time or cost factors ...
India specific issues not usually cosnidered at global leevl ...
No awards at international leevl from India ...this will be an opportunity to send some of the projects to international forums
