yes ... I suggest we can start with a WBS of work packages ... I can think of the following
Identifying criteria
Enrolling judges
Getting sponsor /funding
Cost estimate / budget /business plan
Inventory of candidate projects
Prepare WBS and schedule ...
etc
Let us add to this list and allocate to each one of us , so that we move on .I will start with
criteria ... jayshree can u start with business plan and lakshminarayana can start with an inventory of projects
